2 Minute Vegan Parmesan
Ingredients-1 cup raw almonds, unsalted (or 3/4 cup almond meal)
-1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes (different than baking yeast)
-1 teaspoon salt (or salt free seasoning)
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and process until powdery. (only takes 20- 30 seconds- don’t process so long that it turns into butter!)
- Store in the refrigerator in an air tight shaker jar for up to 3 months.
